Welcome to St Croix!

An Introduction From Us

Hi!  We are Ian and Angela operating Boardwalk Grab N Go Catering.  Our name was created from the idea of getting great food to hungry vacationers as quickly as possible.  Since then we have expanded our expertise of pleasing the guests of St Croix with amazing and memorable dining experiences.  Together, we have have 70 years combined in the food service industry, Ian as the Chef and Angela as the most awesome server ever and we have combined our skills to make incredible experiences for families we never knew who have become family to us forever. 

Catering

We provide catering services for you and your friends and family.  If you want a special dinner for two, a fine dining birthday dinner, or just a big family style feast, we will make sure it is an unforgettable experience!

Food on the Go

When you vacation in St. Croix, the last thing you want to do is shop and prep breakfast and lunch everyday.  Eating out can be expensive and time consuming.  We can provide breakfast and lunch wraps for quick, easy meals to start your day and have ready for the beach.  Our wraps are a big hit for our local friends and we are certain you will enjoy them too!

Hors d'oeuvres

These are the first bites to set the stage!

Seafood Ceviche

Your choice of shrimp, scallops, wahoo, or mahi marinated in citrus and tossed with a fresh mango avocado salsa served with delicate toast points.

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Baby Portabella mushrooms filled with crab  stuffing, topped with creamy cheese and baked.

Whipped Ricotta

Italian seasoned light and fluffy ricotta layered with local tomatoes and fresh baked crostinis topped with freshly shaved parmesan.

Thai Red Curry Lamb Lollipops

Succulent lamb lollipops marinated in a light red curry, pan seared and served over a bed of mixed greens with housemade Tzatziki.

New Zealand Mussels

Steamed in bacon, white wine, garlic and butter  broth, served with garlic bread.

Sushi

From spicy tuna rolls to California rolls and more, we offer a wide selection for you to choose from. 

Salads

We offer a salad as our second course if you choose.

Classic Caesar

Fresh chopped romaine tossed with ripe tomatoes, Caesar dressing, and homemade garlic croutons topped with fresh shaved parmesan.

Garden Salad

An open canvas for you to choose from locally grown ingredients paired with our housemade dressings of your choice.

Entrees

The Main Course!!

Stuffed Pork Loin Roulade

A beautiful pork loin, pounded thin, stuffed with herb stuffing, rolled, baked, and sliced.  Served with succulent gravy.

Herb Roasted Prime Rib

Bone-In or Boneless rib roast, sliced and finished to to your desired temperature, served with a red wine demi glace and horseradish cream sauce.

Seafood Scampi or Alfredo

Seafood of your choice such as shrimp, scallops, lobster or crab tossed with pasta in either a white wine, garlic, lemon, butter sauce or creamy alfredo.  Served with garlic bread.

Blackened Fish

Blackened fish such as Mahi, Wahoo or Snapper, served over a buttery bell pepper sauce or warm mango chutney.

BBQ Night

All the BBQ you want!  Brisket, pulled pork, ribs, chicken, and seafood with rolls, coleslaw, mac n cheese, pickles, onions and our homemade BBQ sauce.

Italian Night

Choose from chicken parmesan, marsala, or piccata, lasagna, stuffed shells or spaghetti and homemade meatballs.  Served with freshly baked garlic bread.

Side Options

Served family style, buffet style, or on plated dinners.

Potatoes

Choose from roasted red or fingerling, garlic rosemary mashed, scalloped or au gratin potatoes.

Pasta

We offer a variety of pastas with sauces to match your dinner, from wild mushroom risotto to garlic butter angel hair or simple linguine marinara with fresh shaved parmesan.

Vegetables

We source the freshest local vegetables to accompany your meal, roasted, sauteed or steamed, they will be the perfect touch.

Rice

Treat yourselves to many varieties of rice dishes, from wild rice, brown rice or white rice seasoned to perfectly match your entree.

Desserts

We have amazing locally sourced desserts just for you!

Cakes

You choose the flavor, and we have the best baker on island ready to make it for you!

Fruit Platter

If you prefer a lighter dessert, we can provide fresh fruits and various sauces for a more delicate finish.

Pies

Key Lime, Oreo Cookie, Peanut Butter?  Our good friend will deliver the best pie you've ever had!

Homemade Bread Pudding

Ian's specialty!  Homemade bread pudding with a flavor of your choice...banana, fresh mango, papaya, vanilla....it's up to you!
